SunsOut Puzzles is a specialty jigsaw puzzle company known for its high-quality, eco-friendly manufacturing and extensive collection of licensed artwork.

Company & Operations

• Locations: The corporate office is located in Costa Mesa, California. Puzzles are manufactured and shipped out of their dedicated facility in Marion, Indiana.

• History: Founded in the 1990s by a California-based owner, the company originally outsourced its manufacturing. To minimize shipping expenses, operations were moved to the Midwest, spending 11 years in Kokomo, Indiana, before moving to Marion in 2018. In 2020, they invested in their own machinery to bring all puzzle cutting and production in-house.

• Retail Strategy: SunsOut explicitly focuses on specialty gift markets and does not sell to Walmart or other mass-market merchants.

All products made in the U.S.A. with soy-based inks and recycled board.
